SANFORD POWER

  • ·Legacy High School and the Bismarck Public School District are excited to announce that Saber Training has created a partnership with Sanford POWER. Sanford POWER will be assisting in all aspects of Saber Training this summer along with the legacy coaching staff. Saber Training will still be held at Legacy with the assistance of Sanford POWER strength and conditioning specialists. This is an exciting opportunity for our athletes to be trained by coaches certified by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and USA-WSPC (Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach)

OPEN GYM INFO (June 5th-July 23rd)

  • Open gyms will be held  at Legacy High School. Open Gyms are for all players grades 9-12 interested in playing volleyball at Legacy in the fall. These are free and no registration is needed to attend open gyms.​

    • Wednesday Evenings 8:30-9:45 pm (doors open at 8:15pm. Enter through main door.)

    • THERE WILL BE NO OPEN GYMS ON JULY 3rd

SKILLS CAMP INFO (June 11th-July 23rd)

  • Mini skills camps will be held  at Legacy High School for all players grades 9-12 interested in playing volleyball at Legacy in the fall. These are $5 per session and should be paid the day of the session. 

    • Tuesday Mornings 6:00-7:15 am (doors open at 5:45am enter through main door) 

    • No need to register, just come when you can

    • THERE WILL BE NO SKILLS CLINICS ON JULY 2nd

10-12th Grade Team Camps

The following camps are offered to all incoming 2024 sophomore, junior, and senior VB players from Legacy High School that do not qualify for the Northern and UND camps. ​

  • UMARY Team Camp ~ July 18th

    • COST $20 ~Checks written to LHS VB BOOSTERS

    • This camp will be held  in Bismarck, ND. Players are responsible for arranging their own rides to and from this event. If you are not able to secure a ride, contact coach Astle to help arrange a carpool. Boosters will provide lunch.

  • Jamestown Fall Tune Up Team Camp ~ July 19th

    • COST $20 ~Checks written to LHS VB BOOSTERS

    • This camp will be held  in Jamestown, ND. Players are responsible for arranging their own rides to and from this event. If you are not able to secure a ride, contact coach Astle to help arrange a carpool.  Boosters will provide lunch.

RETURNING JV/Varsity Team Camp Info

These camps will be open to only returning JV/Varsity Legacy Volleyball Players (if needed, some positions may be filled by invite only)

  • Northern State Team Camp   JUNE 12th & 14th (depart afternoon of the 12th)​

    • This camp will be held in Aberdeen, SD. Times are TBA (3 match guarantee daily). Boosters will provide hotels, some food, & transportation.

    • COST TBD

      • If your daughter qualifies for this camp, they have been added to a Google classroom and the link to register has been sent. More info and required paperwork will be emailed to parents once the registration closes. 

      • REGISTRATION IS DUE BY May 15th

  • UND Team Camp July 26th-28th (depart July 26th early morning)​

    • This camp will be held in Grand Forks, ND. Times are TBA. Boosters will provide hotels, some food, & transportation.

    • COST TBD

      • If your daughter qualifies for this camp, they have been added to a Google classroom and the link to register has been sent. More info and required paperwork will be emailed to parents once the registration closes. 

      • REGISTRATION IS DUE BY May 15th
